Keynote is the leading provider of Customer Experience Management products and services.  Our flagship product, the Keynote XMS Suite™, is a collection of hosted software applications, research and customer panels that enable the customer-driven enterprise to capture and interpret the behavior, thoughts and attitudes of their customers on the Web, surfacing key customer insights.
 
Keynote's customer experience evaluation methodology sends actual or target customers to any Web site and then collects qualitative, quantitative and behavioral data as users pursue actual tasks in a natural environment, such as their own homes or offices. A typical evaluation includes a sample of 200 to 800 users, consisting of either a client's actual customers or target members of the 160,000-person Keynote Research Panel.
 
Using our proprietary software, panelists visit Web sites, attempting to accomplish specific tasks, answering questions and offering spontaneous qualitative feedback. Keynote captures and interprets this experience, revealing the reasons behind customers' actions and enabling our clients to take action to improve key site metrics.
