WHAT PANELISTS ARE SAYING
"Keynote really has its act together.  The evaluations are fun and easy, and you get a substantial reward for participating.  The Keynote Connector software that panelists use to provide evaluations is very nicely designed. The software is not intrusive, like the pop-up surveys you see on some web sites.  Instead, it puts the panelist in control. You give your answers in your own words, and can add things that you think are important.  This makes the evaluation experience smooth and natural."

- Sarah Rolph, Carlisle, MA

"I really enjoy viewing and evaluating prototype websites.  I find this experience extremely valuable towards making internet sites easier to use and understand.  Users, after all, have excellent ideas when it comes to usability, and often point out flaws that the webmaster or designer do not readily see."  "P.S. The Keynote Connector software is easy to use and very user friendly!"

- Christopher Composto, New York

"To say that I love participating in the Keynote evaluations is an understatement. The fact that they are interactive gives me an opportunity to actually put a voice to my opinion, rather than choosing from a selection of opinions. Thank you for this unique experience. "

- Jean Rotondo, Washington

"Keynote evaluations are so refreshing and detailed that being invited to one is reward enough! Looking forward to more evaluations from Keynote!"

- Sreekala Kulasekhar, New Jersey

It may take a few weeks or longer to receive your first invitation to evaluate a site. Please don't worry that we've forgotten about you! We just want to make sure you get to review a site that is related to your interests. When you do receive your invitation, please respond as soon as possible to ensure yourself a spot for that evaluation. Our evaluations are popular, and they fill up very quickly.

When you begin your first evaluation, you will receive instructions on how an evaluation works.  At the same time, the Keynote Connector is seamlessly installed on your computer.  While you take the evaluation with Internet Explorer, the Connector guides you to the web sites you have been asked to evaluate.  While there, the Keynote Connector will prompt you to complete certain tasks and respond to a series of questions, a process that generally takes 30-45 minutes.  You can make additional comments at any time using the "Comment" button on Connector.  Feel free to write as much as you want and to comment as often as you like.  Your feedback helps reshape the web experience for everyone.

Once you've completed the site evaluation, your results will be automatically saved. Make sure you have spent enough time surfing the site to complete each task and provide comments if you particularly like or dislike something.  You are not being scored and there are certainly no "wrong" answers, but we do ask our panelists to give it their best effort.  We will review your results to make sure you have made a good-faith attempt.

If the evaluation you completed has a reward associated with it, you will receive your reward in an e-mail, usually within three business days after you finish the evaluation.
